Civitas promotes EVP of operations
Civitas Senior Living has promoted Anthony Ormsbee-Hale to executive vice president of operations.
In this role, he will lead operational performance and continued growth across the company’s portfolio of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities in Texas, Colorado, Kentucky and Arizona, a press release states.
Ormsbee-Hale has been with Civitas for nine years. He joined the company as regional director of sales and marketing before advancing through several leadership positions, including vice president of people operations, senior vice president of strategic operations and, most recently, chief people officer, the release states.
The Springs Living CEO joins Koda Ridge Capital as partner
Fee Stubblefield, the CEO of The Springs Living, has joined Koda Ridge Capital as a partner.
While in this role, he will still lead the Beaverton, Oregon-based senior living operator.
Stubblefield made the announcement in a LinkedIn post.
Lifespark brings on fomer PointClickCare executive
Lifespark announced it has named Anthony Laflen as its senior vice president of technology.
In this role, Laflen will lead efforts to “build the technology and intelligence infrastructure to support its continued growth and expansion of its COMPLETE Senior Living model,” according to a press release.
Laflen is the former senior vice president of business intelligence at Consonus Healthcare and vice president of value-based care innovation at PointClickCare, the release states. He has over 20 years of operational experience in senior care, executive leadership and health care IT.
Artis Senior Living appoints VP of operations
Artis Senior Living announced Justin Ladd has been named vice president of operations.
In this role, he will lead the operations for nine communities in the Artis portfolio located in Illinois, Minnesota, Florida and part of Pennsylvania, according to a press release.
Previously, Ladd served as portfolio director, vice president of operations and regional director of operations for Arrow Senior Living, the release states. He has also served as an executive director for Sunrise Senior Living, and brings over 17 years of experience to the position.
Leadership team announced for Erickson community
Emerson Lakes, an Erickson Senior Living community, announced three members of its leadership team prior to its opening in 2027.
Santiago Castaneda has been named director of dining services, Morgan Schilling will serve as director of resident life and Steve Faith has been appointed director of general services, a press release states.
“Opening a new community gives us an opportunity to craft the resident experience from the ground up,” Matt Neville, executive director of Emerson Lakes, said in the release. “Santiago, Morgan and Steve bring tremendous experience, but just as importantly, they understand what it takes to create a community where residents feel connected, supported and at home.”
Kendal Affiliate welcomes director of social services
Barclay Friends, a Kendal Affiliate, has appointed Nina Wible as director of social services.
In her new role, Wible will focus on managing programs that support the emotional, social and physical well-being of residents and their families, according to a press release.
She joins the community with “extensive experience in healthcare and social services, bringing a strong background supporting older adults and their families through the challenges and transitions that can accompany post-acute care and senior living,” the release states.
