Grace Management, Inc. celebrates groundbreaking of 55+ community

Grace Management, Inc., a subsidiary of CPF Living and Padua Realty Co., announced plans to bring an active adult community to Conroe, Texas known as The Lakes at Woodhaven Village. A groundbreaking took place for the project in October, with a planned spring 2024 opening.

The Lakes will offer upscale amenities and services including a salon, theater, great room, game room, library room, gym, yoga studio, golf simulator, pool and spa, playground, dog park, outdoor seating area and barbecue area.

The 130,000 square-foot community will be situated on five acres overlooking an amenity pond with a mile of jogging trails around the 115 residences, and be directly across from the 2,000-plus-acre master planned community known as Grand Central Park.

The Lakes at Woodhaven Village is a collaborative effort between the developer Padua Realty Company and affiliated construction company Dorado Builders, Grace Management, Inc, Investwell Architects, and interior design firm Lizabeth Jones Interior Design, Jordan and Skala Engineers.

The community will also complement the existing 171-unit Woodhaven Village senior living campus.
