Grace Management, Inc. celebrates groundbreaking of 55+ community

Grace Management, Inc., a subsidiary of CPF Living and Padua Realty Co., announced plans to bring an active adult community to Conroe, Texas known as The Lakes at Woodhaven Village. A groundbreaking took place for the project in October, with a planned spring 2024 opening.

The Lakes will offer upscale amenities and services including a salon, theater, great room, game room, library room, gym, yoga studio, golf simulator, pool and spa, playground, dog park, outdoor seating area and barbecue area.

The 130,000 square-foot community will be situated on five acres overlooking an amenity pond with a mile of jogging trails around the 115 residences, and be directly across from the 2,000-plus-acre master planned community known as Grand Central Park.

The Lakes at Woodhaven Village is a collaborative effort between the developer Padua Realty Company and affiliated construction company Dorado Builders, Grace Management, Inc, Investwell Architects, and interior design firm Lizabeth Jones Interior Design, Jordan and Skala Engineers.

The community will also complement the existing 171-unit Woodhaven Village senior living campus.

StuidoPi2 completes California memory care community

Beach Terrace Memory Care in Stanton, California is now complete, according to design firm StudioPi2.

The 66-unit, 110-bed facility serves middle market customers in Orange County, California. The three-story, 90,000 square-foot center highlights living in a cozy, home-like setting.

The mixed-use infill project features a public plaza and 5,000 square-feet of commercial space. A cafe, pharmacy and reception office open into the public plaza which is open to the public. The roof terraces provide a secure private open space for the residents and a connection with the outside world. The program plans to invite local artists and performers to entertain the residents in one of its roof gardens.
