Solstice Senior Living announced that it has promoted Nathan Mills to the position of VP of operations after he spent five years as regional VP of operations.
Mills’ background includes experience in operations, marketing, and sales. He has led operational strategy and supported community teams.
The Overlook Names CFO
The Overlook has announced that Nick Pugliese has been named as its newest chief financial officer and he will report directly to the president and ceo.
Pugliese has spent more than two decades in corporate finance and accounting positions and has been active in mentoring and talent development. He’s spent time with Salter HealthCare, Winchester Hospital and State Street Bank.
Massachusetts Assisted Living Association Has New Chair
The Massachusetts Assisted Living Association announced that Wendy Nowokunksi would be taking over as the chair after former chair Larry Gerber pass away earlier this year.
Along with acting as chair for the association, Gerber founded Epoch Senior Living.
Nowokunski is president of Northbridge Companies where she oversees assisted living and memory care.
