Belmont Village tops off fifth Bay Area community

Belmont Village Senior Living marked a construction milestone with the topping off of Belmont Village San Ramon, the fifth community in the San Francisco Bay area.

The community is developed in partnership with Harrison Street Real Estate, Synovus Bank and Cadence Bank. The project encompasses a six-story building with 175,320 square-feet that is expected to open in late 2024 and accommodate 177 units.

Units range between studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts with amenities including multiple dining venues, fitness center, art studio, library and salon. Other amenities include a sports lounge, billiards and shuffleboard tables, large screen TVs and poker tables. Outdoor amenities include al fresco dining, heated pool, bocce ball and putting green, farm to table garden, yoga, rooftop terraces and a dog park.

Journey Capital, SilverPoint start third phase of Texas project

Journey Capital recently announced the start of the third construction phase at the Edition of Saginaw Senior Living, adding 36 additional independent living (IL) cottages to the community.

Journey Capital’s operating arm is via SilverPoint Senior Living, and the community first unveiled the first phase of work at the community in 2022. The second phase is under construction and will add 71 assisted living and memory care units by end of this year.

Gurwin Health System opens assisted living expansion

Gurwin Health System announced the opening of the Fay J. Lindner Residences, an assisted living expansion that includes studio apartments.

The expansion added 18 studio apartment homes that range between 241 and 278 square-feet and includes a living room and sleeping area, kitchenette with stainless steel appliances closets and ADA-equipped bathrooms.

Milestone Housing Group to open affordable senior community in California

The Milestone Housing Group is set to open the Siesta Senior Apartments, a 2.2-acre affordable senior living project in Sonoma, California.

The project includes 92 one-bedroom units, a club room, exercise stations, dog park, outdoor communal areas and solar panels for energy efficiency.
