WesleyLife Names New COO

WesleyLife has hired Erin Hilligan to work as the company’s new COO. She is slated to officially join the organization on Jan. 1.

The organization created the role in 2019 to help with the organization’s development initiatives, such as its expansion into eastern Iowa and western Illinois.

Hilligan joins WesleyLife from Ebenezer, which is part of the M Health Fairview health system in Minneapolis. She has worked for Ebeenzer for 18 years, including as the organization’s vice president of operations starting in 2018.

Five Star Names Chief Accounting Officer

Five Star Senior Living (NYSE: FVE) has promoted Stephen Geiger to the role of chief accounting officer.

Geiger, who moved to the new role in August, joined Five Star at the beginning of 2021 as director of reporting and compliance. Before that, he worked as senior vice president of external reporting and accounting policies at CIT Group Inc.

Cadence Hires Regional Vice President of Operations

Cadence Living has named Ronnie Brown to the role of vice president of operations for the company’s mountain region.

Under her new role, she will oversee operations of Cadence Living’s managed communities in Colorado. She has more than 22 years of experience in senior living overall and previously worked as a regional director of operations for another company, overseeing communities in Arizona, Ohio, and South Carolina.

Juniper Community in Denver Welcomes Executive Director

Juniper Communities has named Meghann Ziegler as the new executive director of Lakewood Reserve, a senior living community in Denver.

As executive director, she will oversee community operations, including by blending operations and wellness and supporting associates, residents, and their families. She comes to the role after working as an executive director managing operations for a nearby assisted living and memory care operator.
