MBK Senior Living announced last week that it has been selected by The Carlyle Group, one of the nation’s largest private equity funds, as the third-party management company for Raincross at Riverside, a 106-unit senior housing community located in Riverside, California. Raincross at Riverside opened in 2006 and offers multiple levels of care, with 81 units dedicated to assisted living and a memory care facility with 25 units. MBK Senior Living will oversee day-to-day operations at Raincross at Riverside, which will include increasing occupancy and improving financial performance while enhancing the services and amenities offered at the property as well as operating and managing its own portfolio of communities throughout California and Washington.
