Charter Senior Living appoints VP of finance and investments
Charter Senior Living announced it has appointed Patrick Matthews as its senior vice president of finance and investments.
Matthews brings over 15 years of experience to the position, and in his new role he will oversee all financial and operational key performance indicators and analyses.
Prior to joining Charter Senior Living, Matthews served as executive vice president of finance and business development for Aviva Senior Living.
The Bristal Assisted Living hires corporate director of sales
The Bristal Assisted Living announced it has hired Jeannine Valentine as its new corporate director of sales.
Valentine brings over 20 years of experience to the position, previously serving as executive director for Sunrise Senior Living.
“Her commitment to excellence and passion for senior care make her the perfect fit for our team,” The Bristal Assisted Living announced in a social media post.
Juniper Communities creates, hires for new position
Juniper Communities has created and hired for its new catalyst innovation and implementation specialist position.
In her role, Rikki Goldenburg will be responsible for advancing the company’s Catalyst program and “spearheading innovation and overseeing its implementation,” according to a press release. The program aims to “integrate all resident services under one platform.”
ReNew REIT promotes director of asset management
ReNew, a real estate investment trust, has announced the promotion of Tom Foggarty to director of asset management.
Foggarty joined ReNew as a portfolio management analyst in 2020 before being promoted to senior analyst in 2022.
Prior to those positions, Foggarty served in transaction real estate for EY.
