Erickson Senior Living promotes VP and Regional Medical Director
Erickson Senior Living has announced the promotion of Jennifer Tam to vice president and regional medical director of Erickson Health Medical Group.
In her new role, Tam will provide oversight of medical centers in Erickson Senior Living’s communities in Colorado, Kansas, Maryland and Massachusetts. Additionally, she will provide strategic direction for the medical group’s health and well-being initiatives.
Tam joined Erickson Senior Living’s Linden Ponds community in 2005. In 2015, she was promoted to medical director at Linden Ponds and in 2021 she began supporting the medical centers at the Brooksby Village and Riderwood communities.
Anthem Memory Care makes promotion to management team
Anthem Memory Care has announced the promotion of Michael Zywicki to vice president of programs and engagement.
In his new role, Zywicki will oversee the company’s culture.
Zywicki brings over 18 years of experience to the position. He previously served as an operations specialist for Anthem Memory Care, and prior to that served as director of operations at Cedarhurst Senior Living in Michigan.
LCS promotes controller
LCS announced the promotion of Ross Kelderman to controller on Dec. 29.
In his role, Kelderman will be responsible for overseeing and providing leadership to the organization’s corporate accounting, financial reporting, audits and finance technology.
Kelderman joined LCS in 2015 as director of accounting and financial reporting and was promoted to senior director of accounting and reporting in 2020.
LCS promotes for lead risk management
Life Care Services has announced the promotion of Jason Victor to senior vice president and corporate finance.
According to a press release, in addition to his current responsibilities Victor will lead LCS Risk Management, including the LCS Advantage insurance program and Hexagon, a captive insurance company.
Victor has been with LCS since 2007, where he started as a controller. He was promoted to vice president and controller in 2013 and senior vice president and controller in 2019.
Lenbrook names new board of directors member
Lenbrook, an intown senior living community in Atlanta, has named Krista Cosgrave to its board of directors.
Cosgrave is principal at ZWJ Investment Counsel, an investment advisory firm.
She is a chartered financial analyst charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Atlanta. Cosgrave has more than 30 years of experience in her role.
