CLC-Capella partners with Green House Homes

Christian Living Communities began a partnership with Green House Homes to provide management support on Nov. 1. 

Done through CLC’s Capella division, The Green Homes at Mariosal in Loveland, Colorado provide skilled nursing care to 90 residents.

CLC – Cappella owns or operates nine other communities in Colorado and a home care serving the five county Denver metro area.

LCB Senior Living assumes management of The Hearth at Glastonbury

LCB Senior Living announced it is assuming management of The Hearth at Glastonbury in Glastonbury, Connecticut effective Nov. 6.

The community has been renamed The Residence at Glastonbury.

LCB Senior Living has eight senior living residences across Connecticut, including Avon, Darien, South Windsor, Rocky Hill, Stamford, Suffield and Westport.

SLIB facilitates sale of Florida community

Senior Living Investment Brokerage facilitated the sale of the 85-unit Noble Senior Living in Brooksville, Florida.

The community was originally built as a hotel in 1925 and converted into senior housing in 1984.

The seller is a publicly traded REIT exiting the asset and the buyer is a Florida-based owner and operator.

Blueprint advises sale of two Florida senior housing communities

Blueprint was tapped by a publicly traded REIT for the sale of two Florida communities in Bartow and St. Cloud, Florida.

Both communities were built in 2000.

Blueprint worked alongside all parties involved to close the transaction in October.
