The Trillium by Silverstone Senior Living advances construction
Construction continues at the Trillium Tysons, a senior living community that marks the next part of construction at The Boro in Tysons, Virginia.
Silverstone Senior Living will manage the project that encompasses 15-stories and include 181 apartment units for older adults. The project is expected to be completed early next year, Silverstone said in a news release.
The Trillium will have one to two-bedroom layouts for IL along with AL and memory care services. Amenities range from six restaurants and lounges, spa, salon, fitness center, gardens, art studio, theater and parking.
Construction started in the spring of last year.
Luxury community coming to Tyler, Texas
As first reported by KETK East Texas Live, an NBC affiliate, The Blake, a new luxury senior living community is now leasing.
The Lifecare Properties project includes 115 AL and memory care managed by Blake Management Group.

Anthology Senior Living finishes luxury projects
Anthology Senior Living recently completed two luxury senior living communities in the Boston, Massachusetts metro area.
The projects, including Anthology of Natick and Anthology of Millis, were both built by Callahan Construction Managers with design by The Architectural Team, along with engineering services by Dublin Engineers, WBA Engineers, GLM Engineering and Electrical Systems Engineering.
Anthology of Millis encompasses 14 IL townhouses and a main facility with 67 AL units and 24 memory care units with floor plans ranging between 334 square-feet and 1,232 square-feet. Anthology of Natick includes 62 AL and 24 memory care units.
The luxury communities offer amenities including a commercial kitchen, fitness center, game room, theater and landscaped outdoor areas.
Carillion Oaks senior living project transforms former high school
Carillion Oaks in Heflin, Alabama completely transformed a former high school building into apartments for senior living, according to ABC 3340.
The community will offer IL and AL services for those 65 and older. The oldest part of the former school was built in 1911 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
