Lathrop Community appoints CEO

Northampton, Massachusetts-based Lathrop Community has announced the appointment of Patrick Arguin as its new CEO.

Arguin brings more than 20 years of experience to the position. He started as a physical therapist before serving as a nursing home administrator. Most recently, he was the nursing home administrator for Mary’s Meadow at Providence Place in Holyoke, Massachusetts.

Arguin will officially join the community on Nov. 27.

Marquis Companies names Consonus Pharmacy president

Consonus Healthcare announced the promotion of Jessica Androff to president of Consonus Pharmacy effective Oct. 16.

In her new role, Androff will oversee a network of 10 pharmacy locations in eight states.

Androff most recently served as senior vice president of operations for the west region at Consonus and has 18 years of experience in the long-term pharmacy industry. Previously, she held leadership roles with regional and national pharmacies throughout her career.

Retirement Unlimited, Inc. promotes vice president of HR

Retirement Unlimited, Inc. announced the promotion of Tony Johnson to vice president of HR.

In his new role, Johnson is responsible for HR processes and talent acquisition at the corporate, regional and community levels.

Johnson has been with RUI since August 2022, where he has served as regional director of HR and corporate director of talent acquisition.

Priority Life Care announces leadership promotions

Priority Life Care has announced three promotions for key leadership positions with the company.

Dave Kloster has been promoted to executive vice president of operations, where he is “poised to elevate the company’s operational standards to new heights.”

Additionally, Matt Lanzi and Johanna Ruble have both been promoted to regional vice president of operations.

TidePointe appoints executive director

TidePointe, a Vi Community in South Carolina, has appointed Michael Friedel as its executive director.

In his new role, Friedel will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the community, including quality of service, amenities, resident care and programming.

Prior to joining TidePointe, Friedel served as associate executive director at Eagle’s Trace Retirement in Houston, Texas. He also held leadership roles in an Erickson community in Parkville, Maryland and at two Sunrise Senior Living communities in the mid-Atlantic.

Ashby Ponds names associate executive director

Ashby Ponds, an Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, Virginia, has promoted Brandon Williams to associate executive director.

Williams joined Erickson Senior Living in 2021, where he served as director of dining at Highland Springs in Dallas.

The Buckingham names healthcare administration

The Buckingham, a senior living community in Houston, Texas, has named Cory Thompson as its healthcare administrator.

In his position Thompson is responsible for ensuring safety, compliance and best care practices for the assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing levels of living at the community.

He brings more than a decade of experience to the position and has led multiple skilled nursing facilities, both for profit and non-profit.

Charter Senior Living of Charlotte welcomes new memory care director

Charter Senior Living of Charlotte has announced the appointment of April Hampton as the community’s new memory care director.

In her role, Hampton will provide supervision, guidance and educational resources to staff members at the community.
Hampton brings more than 20 years of experience to the position and has experience in community health, psychiatric nursing, home care, long-term care, staff education and dementia care.
