Laurel Circle announces renovation plans
Laurel Circle, a community offering AL, IL, memory care and skilled nursing in Bridgewater, New Jersey, recently announced plans for a renovation that will start later this month.
The project includes a reimagined dining space with resident bar, social hub and renovated kitchen. It also includes new furniture, artwork and carpets for the bistro, cafe, coffee bar, salon and wellness center.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.

The Danish Home of Chicago to host groundbreaking
The Danish Home of Chicago will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the new garden suites at the location.
The community was first established in 2897 and now offers all levels of care to people 62 and older regardless of nationality, faith or sexual orientation, and is home to 41 seniors when fully-occupied. The new addition of garden suites will allow 14 additional residents to live at the community.

Toll Brothers finish active adult community
Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) recently announced the grand opening of The Willows at Boxford, an active adult community in Boxford, Massachusetts.
The development includes townhome designs ranging between approximately 1,800 square-feet and over 2,600 square-feet with open concept homes with bedroom suites, home offices, finished basements, lofts and indoor and outdoor living options.
Clinic added to Maravilla at The Domain’s
A grand opening has been set for the opening of an on-site health care clinic at Maravilla at The Domain’s in Austin, Texas.
The clinic will be known as the Maravilla at The Domain Integrated Health Care Clinic, made possible through the community’s partnership with EmpowerMe. The community is the first in the Senior Resource Group portfolio with an integrated health care model, according to a news release issued by the community.
Resort Lifestyle Communities opens Florida community
Resort Lifestyle Communities recently announced the opening of the latest active adult community in Lady Lake, Florida known as Pebble Springs.
The age-restricted community offers 128 apartments with studio to three-bedroom layouts available and offers on-site staff, live-in managers, emergency call system, appointment transportation, concierge services and valet parking.
The community will also include nearby amenities including an in-house bank, a business center, a pharmacy, a fitness center and a game room.
Anthology Senior Living opens two Massachusetts communities
Anthology Senior Living announced the grand openings of two senior living communities located in Natick and Millis, Massachusetts.
Anthology of Natick and Anthology of Millis will offer a wide range of amenities, including gourmet dining from in-house chefs, a fitness center and salon services.
