EveryAge to develop $31.9M rental community
EveryAge announced plans for a new senior living rental community known as BellaAge Hickory in Hickory, North Carolina.
The 95-unit IL community will be targeted to older adults 55 and older, offering 1- and 2-bedroom apartments ranging between 817 square-feet and 1,397 square-feet. Rents range between $2,000 and $3,600 wit units including modern finishes with open concepts and storage.
A demonstration kitchen, multi-purpose room, yoga studio and workout area are some of the shared amenities. Pre-leasing is expected in January of 2024 with construction to be completed in 2025.

Harbert South Bay Partners, Momentum Senior Living start on California project
Developer Harbert South Bay Partners and management firm Momentum Senior Living this week marked the start of construction with a groundbreaking ceremony for a new senior living community in San Clemente, California.
The Seville will bring luxury senior living to those living with dementia and assistive care with memory care and assisted living, broken down between 63 AL units and 24 memory care units.
Three courtyards will provide outdoor spaces for residents and the community will offer concierge services, a pool and 24-hour care.
