Construction Continues on Chicago Senior Living, Mixed-Use Project

Ryan Cos. is currently well into construction on a 10-story, $117 million Clarendale Six Corners development in Chicago’s Irving Park Neighborhood.

The mixed-use, retail and senior living community is expected to open in the fall of this year. The community consists of 258 units for independent living, assisted living and memory care, along with an additional 11 affordable independent living units.

Planned amenities include restaurant, bistro and bar dining options, a theater, fitness area, salon and spa and landscaped patios.

Springpoint Welcomes Residents to New Community

Springpoint Senior Living announced the completion of its Manalapan, New Jersey community, Springpoint Living at Manalapan.

The assisted living and memory care community includes 60 units of both private and shared suites offering assisted living care and memory care in three neighborhoods.

Each neighborhood has its own dining room, activity rooms and other common areas and amenities.

Life Plan Community Residence Opens in Michigan

The River Place, a 21-unit community residence from life plan community Resthaven in Holland, Michigan, has opened after 18 months of construction.

The community was designed to allow residents to enjoy a “tight-knit” setting with one another, a company news release said. Community amenities include a fitness center, lounge and a top-level gathering space.

Resthaven is also working on a second project dubbed The Farmstead, with an expected opening date next year.
