Lantz-Boggio Architects and Interior Designs Names Five New Partners

Lantz-Boggio Architects and Interior Designs has announced the addition of five new partners to the award-winning firm, which specializes in designing senior living and care environments.

The firm announced in January that David Fik, Jigna Hammers, Dwight Miller, Tyler Depew and Bill Foster have been named partners of Lantz-Boggio Architects, their passion, inspiration and creativity all essential in continuing the company’s commitment to excellence.

LB+A, a national firm, made the announcement as part of a larger plan to add a new generation of partners to exemplify its dedication to client relations, quality assurance and award-winning design. This diverse team provides expertise in business development, technology, architectural design, economics and operations, the company says.

“I understand the complexity of balancing project economics and project efficiency, which makes a successful project,” says new partner Depew. “It is the relationships that I built along the way that I value most, and those relationships follow me to the next project.”

With offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and Denver, and a staff of more than 40 architects and interior designers nationwide, LB+A provides senior living and care solutions across the U.S., with services and designs spanning California, the Southwest, Florida, the East Coast and the Midwest.

The firm has received continuous recognition and numerous awards nationwide during its more than 40 years for its work in designing retirement and senior living communities.

“I know that architecture can capture the imagination,” says new partner Hammers. “So I inspire our team and our clients to feel like the projects we work on together exhibit the passion and care that went into them.”

New partner Miller, who has been part of the firm for over 24 years, continues his passion on the technical aspects of architectural design. He enjoys collaborating with clients, consultants, colleagues, building officials and contractors to foster consensus and a unified vision for the project and the end product is a daily focus internally and externally, the company says.

New partner Foster operates on the understanding that clients are busier than ever, so it is critical for a design partner to listen, anticipate each operator’s needs and provide the appropriate solutions.

“I believe a strong team is required to be successful and our deep industry expertise combined with our ability to network with the best and brightest minds in the business allows us to develop new connections and maintain existing partnerships,” Foster says. “Our longstanding experience in architecture helps us make design and construction a rewarding experience for our clients where no matter what the market is doing, they know we have their back.”

“I know Lantz-Boggio Architects’ buildings are more than structures,” says new partner, and president, Fik. “They are caring and healing environments for people who call them home. I want to see each staff member grow to be a leader at work, at home, or at play.”

How LB+A is helping senior living

LB+A provides comprehensive programming, master planning, conceptual design and schematic design, along with complete architecture and interior design services for the execution of the client’s entire building program. Their services include existing campus assessment and repositioning, facility programming and master planning, feasibility cost statements, cost/value analysis and complete design and construction phase services.

The firm is well-positioned to efficiently perform small and large-scale projects. Whether renovating and repositioning, adding a smaller addition or designing a 250,000-square foot high-rise, LB+A is committed to understanding the expectations of the coming generations of seniors, and is excited to team with operators to develop what is right for every community.
