Restoration to Hold Ribbon-Cutting for Florida Community
Restoration Senior Living held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for an assisted living community coming together in Naples, Florida.
The 54-unit community, Restoration Senior Living of Naples, is a partnership between Trinity Private Equity Group and Restoration Senior Living. Other project partners include BBMK Contracting, Blue Team Restoration and Flatiron Development.
This is Restoration’s and Trinity’s third project in Florida. The community is slated to open in June.

Summit Vista Touts New Expansion
Summit Vista, a life plan community in Taylorsville, Utah, has unveiled a new expansion.
The new addition, Meadow Creek, adds 54 assisted living apartments, 20 memory care suites, and 63 private and semi-private skilled nursing units. Meadow Creek residents also have access to a pharmacy, mail, beautician, barber, laundry and housekeeping. Monthly rates start at $3,600.
Gardner Company built the new addition, and Summit Vista has partnered with Mission Health Services and CNS to provide health care services.

— A developer has proposed building a $22.5 million assisted living community in Spokane, Washington.
— A trio of developers have plans to undertake a major residential development with a senior living component in Raleigh, North Carolina.
— The city council of Marco Island, Florida, has approved rezoning for a new 86-unit assisted living and memory care community.

— A 118-unit senior living community is slated to open in Conroe, Texas, in November.

— Construction is now complete at a new 149-apartment senior living community in O’Fallon, Illinois.
