Tampa, Fla.-Based Bild & Company Names Founder As CEO

Traci Bild, founder of Bild & Company of Tampa, Fla. is now back at the helm of her company.

Seth Garber, former CEO is no longer with the company and will be exploring different endeavors.

“This is a critical time in our industry and huge change is underway for our clients,” said Bild, in a press release. “While we still are heavily involved in implementing standardized sales systems for operators, over the past two years we have developed an entire internal marketing agency, with all staff in-house- who are incredibly experienced in creating brands. Seth’s contribution to this platform expansion was invaluable.”

Bild & Company’s marketing arm aims to help operators tell their stories while building strong, emotional connections digitally, like they have championed for two decades with the Bild Sales Systems.

In 2014, Bild acquired Primo Solutions to strengthen its research department.

The company also launched Bild CRM, which ties the sale and marketing systems the company is known for into one platform.

As CEO, Bild will be involved in client projects on a larger scale.

New Director of Sales Joins The Hill at Whitemarsh in Lafayette Hill, Pa.

The Hill at Whitemarsh has hired Lisa M. Pflaumer as director of sales. The Hill at Whitemarsh is located in Lafayette Hill, Pa.

She had been sales director for the Atria Center City senior living community of Atria Senior Living.

Juniper Village at Williamstown Welcomes New Executive Director in Williamstown, N.J.

Juniper Communities appointed Mary Jane Eicke as the new director of its two building campus known as Juniper Village at Williamstown, located in Williamstown, N.J.

The prior executive director, Maria Ciocca, relocated to Naples, Fla. to take the helm of one of Juniper’s buildings in that locale.

Eicke’s history in the health care field has been mainly in long-term care. She is a licensed long-term care administrator and a Registered Nurse (R.N.). Prior to Juniper, she worked for Revera Health Systems.

Juniper Village at Williamstown is a two-campus building offering assisted living and Wellspring memory care for those suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia. 

Juniper Village at Naples Announces Executive Director in Naples, Fla.

Juniper Communities appointed veteran leadership in the position of executive director for Juniper Village at Naples, located in Naples, Fla.

Maria Ciocca, who has worked in the senior living industry for 25 years, and with Juniper for the past five, will be implementing Juniper’s Connect 4 Life model of integrated care locally.

“Embracing the current changing landscape of healthcare and how it is delivered, Juniper has pioneered its Connect 4 Life model which reduces hospital admissions and readmissions; improves medication reconciliation which results in fewer medication errors; and increases functional ability,” the company said in a press release.

Sagora Senior Living Names Sales Director of New Edmond Retirement Community in Edmond, Okla.

Anita Kelley is the new sales and marketing director of Sagora Senior Living’s latest community. Located in Edmond, Okla., The Veraden is currently under construction with a scheduled May 2016 grand opening.

Kelley has been the CEO of her own marketing consulting firm in Edmond for the last six years and a member of the Edmond Chamber of Commerce.

As a former marketing coach, Kelley created strategic marketing plans for a variety of businesses. She is also a copywriter for website content, brochures, sales presentations and articles for magazines.

Kelley will oversee marketing efforts for The Veraden.

Sagora also operates Aberdeen Heights, an assisted living community in Tulsa.

New Executive Director Joins Victory Centre of Joliet in Joliet, Ill. 

Kristina Mayoral was promoted to executive director of Victory Centre of Joliet, in Joliet, Ill.

Owned and operated by Pathway Senior Living, Victory Centre of Joliet provides care and housing for 56 independent living residents and 31 supportive living residents.

Mayoral is a certified nurse assistant and worked 12 years at a senior living community in Burr Ridge through various ownership changes that included Marriott Senior Living, Sunrise Senior Living and Emeritus.

In 2012, she became life enrichment manager at Pathway’s Alexian Village of Elk Grove community before being promoted to executive director. 

Legend Senior Living Adds Adds COO 

Legend Senior Living added a chief operating officer to its executive team.

Chris Mahen has been selected as the chief operating officer. In this position, Mahen will be responsible for operational and business functions at Legend Senior Living.

Prior to joining Legend Senior Living, Mahen gained 10 years of experience in the senior living industry and over 15 years of general operational experience. In the past, he served in positions such as district vice president of operations and senior regional director of operations, overseeing operational functions in over 20 states.

He served three years in a vice president role on the Board of Oklahoma Assisted Living Association and was a round table member of the Assisted Living Federation of America.

Mainstreet Announces 3 New Hires

Carmel, Indiana-based Mainstreet, the nation’s largest developer of transitional care properties, has added three new hires to its team.
 
Chris Atkins has joined Mainstreet as senior vice president of corporate strategy and analytics. Prior to Mainstreet, he directed the Indiana Office of Management and Budget for Governor Mike Pence. 

Monica Irwin is Mainstreet’s newest executive assistant. She comes to Mainstreet from Pinnacle Partners, where she served as the office manager and executive assistant. 
 
John Petelik has joined Mainstreet as an associate of private equity fund management. Most recently he served as the vice president of operations at student housing developer Monument, LLC.
