Hollenbach Construction, Inc. recently announced the recent groundbreaking on the Villa at Fleetwood, a three-story, 124-unit congregate-care and assisted-living facility located Blandon, Pennsylvania. The Villa at Fleetwood will feature studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom, month-to-month rental units that will include two meals served daily in the dining room, activities, housekeeping, transportation to local outings and many other amenities. The Villa at Fleetwood has a planned 11-month construction schedule and is expected to open in July of 2011.
