Viventium names CEO

Viventium, a SaaS-based human capital management platform serving the post-acute care industry, has named Navin Gupta as its CEO.

Gupta brings a background in healthcare and technology to the role, and in his position will “deepen client relationships, spearhead product innovation and amplify Viventium’s market presence in the post-acute care space,” according to a press release.

Prior to joining Viventium, Gupta served as CEO of LifeLoop and senior vice president of ResMed SaaS.

Silverwave expands executive team with partner, COO

Senior living management firm Silverwave announced it is expanding its executive team with industry veteran Frank Wehr as partner and COO.

Wehr brings over 35 years of experience to the position in a variety of leadership roles within the industry.

Previously, he served as the COO of Artis Senior Living and COO for Rittenhouse Senior Living. He also founded Performance Senior Living.

Ebenezer Senior Living, Fairview Senior Services CEO announces retirement

Ebenezer Senior Living and Fairview Senior Services president and CEO Jon Lundberg announced his intention to retire in September 2024.

Lundberg joined Ebenezer Senior Living in 2007 as chief operating officer and assumed the role of CEO in 2017. According to a press release, he played a pivotal role in the growth of the company, seeing its expansion from fewer than 20 HOA sites to 40 management sites and 65 HOA sites.

A national search is underway to find his successor.

Health Dimensions Group promotes SVP of Consulting Services

Health Dimensions Group has announced the promotion of Tom Stitt to senior vice president of consulting services for the company.

Stitt brings 33 years of experience to the position, and in his new role he will be responsible for leading the company’s consulting leaders to deliver services to aging services partners.

Stitt has served in various roles at Health Dimensions Group, including vice president of finance and reimbursement, over his 17 years with the company.

National Church Residences welcomes vice president of senior living operations

Nonprofit National Church Residences has welcomed back Kelli Meyung as its vice president of senior living operations.

In her role, Meyung will direct operations for three Ohio-based and two Florida-based continuing care retirement communities within the organization’s portfolio.

Meyung brings more than 30 years of experience to the position. Meyung previously left National Church Residences in 2021 to start her own consulting company which is credited with creating and delivering an executive director certification program in Ohio.

Emerald Heights Senior Living names marketing and sales director

Life plan community Emerald Height Senior Living in Redmond, Washington has named Sue Rowell as its new marketing and sales director.

In her role, Rowell will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing, public relations and sales programming at the community.

Rowell brings more than 30 years of experience to the position, according to a press release.

Craft and Communicate appoints vice president of business development

Senior living marketing and public relations agency Craft and Communicate has announced the appointment of Deanna Allen as its new vice president of business development.

In her role, Allen will be responsible for relationship management, market analysis, strategic planning, sales, business development and contract management for both current and future clients.

Prior to joining Craft and Communicate, Allen served as marketing director for Legacy Retirement Communities. She has also held positions including sales training manager at Care Access and a selling division manager at Encompass Health.

National Church Residences welcomes VP of marketing and sales

National Church Residences has announced the hiring of Margaret Gibson as its new vice president of marketing and sales.

In her new role, Gibson will be responsible for shaping occupancy and growth strategies for the organization’s properties and service divisions, alongside forming connections within the industry and community partners.

Gibson brings a background in physical therapy, sports medicine, outpatient orthopedics and neurology, skilled nursing and rehab, home health settings, and several executive leadership roles within the senior care industry.
