The Landing Alexandria adds two to management, service team

The Landing Alexandria welcomed Tiffany Webster and Stephen Winterling to its management and service team in Alexandria, Virginia.

Webster has joined as a sales counselor. Prior to joining The Landing, she served in roles at Brookdale Senior Living and Asbury Methodist Village. According to a press release, Webster brings knowledge of the independent living, assisted living and memory care industries to the position.

Winterling has joined as the executive chef for the community. Prior to joining The Landing, he served as executive chef at Capitol City Brewing Company, Boeing, Marymount University and Starr Hill Brewery. Winterling brings more than a decade of experience to the position.

Chicago Pacific Founders adds healthcare real estate and infrastructure partner

Chicago Pacific Founders has announced it has added Sam Bendix to its team as a healthcare real estate and infrastructure partner.

In his role, Bendix will be working with managing partners Mary Tolan and John Rijos on CPF’s Healthcare Real Estate Fund.

Bendix brings experience from Landmark Properties, National Real Estate Advisors, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, Blue Vista Capital Management and William Blair and Company.

Lifespace Communities hires executive director for GreenFields of Geneva

Lifespace Communities has announced it has hired Elijah Heyboer as the executive director for its GreenFields of Geneva community.

Heyboer originally joined Lifespace as administrator of the community’s health center in March.

Prior to joining Lifespace, Heyboer served as the human resources director at Park Place of Elmhurst, a Providence Life Services senior living community, before becoming healthcare administrator.

Anthem Memory Care appoints executive director

Anthem Memory Care has appointed Iva Prinsen as the executive director of Chelsea Place in Aurora, Colorado.

In her role, Prinsen will oversee all daily care, programming and operations.

She brings over 35 years of experience to the role, and previously served as the executive director of Springbrooke Senior Living in Denver, Colorado and as a licensed nursing home administrator for Azria Health in Blue Hill, Nebraska.
