Conversion Logix announces new CRO

Conversion Logix, a multifamily and senior living digital marketing company, announced on Sept. 18 that CJ Edmonds has joined the company as its new chief revenue officer.

Edmonds brings more than 25 years of SaaS company management experience to the position, alongside more than 13 years of real estate marketing and technology services experience.

Sunrise Senior Living announces CTO appointment

Sunrise Senior Living announced the appointment of Marco Trecroce as its chief technology officer and will officially take over the role Oct. 16.

In his role, Trecroce will oversee the development of Sunrise Senior Living’s technology platform.

Prior to his appointment, Trecroce served as global chief information officer at The Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Before that, he also held executive roles at Loblaw Companies Limited, Masterfile Corporation and Opodo Group Limited.

Health Dimensions Group names business development leader

Health Dimensions Group has named Paul Branin as vice president of business development.

In his new role, Branin will be responsible for Health Dimensions Group’s expansion to senior living markets and clients.

Branin brings more than 25 years of experience to the position, with his most recent positon being the vice president of production at commercial real estate and investment firm CBRE. He also served as an asset manager for Columbia Pacific Advisors.

Genacross Lutheran Services announces vice president of human resources

Genacross Lutheran Services has announced the appointment of Jason Morris as its vice president of human resources.

In his position, Morris leads employee engagement initiatives, develops human resources plans and policies and develops employee benefit offerings. Additionally, he oversees the Genacross Organizational Integrity Program.

Morris brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, including leadership roles at Hollywood Casino, Owens Community College and SSOE Group.

The Providence Fairfax welcomes executive director

The Providence Fairfax has welcomed Ray Dennison as its new executive director.

In his role, Dennison will oversee the day-to-day operations, care and programming for the community.

Dennison brings more than a decade of experience to the position. Prior to joining The Providence Fairfax, he served as executive director for a variety of communities around the Washington, D.C. area, including Elance Luxury Living and multiple Sunrise Senior Living properties.

LCB Senior Living hires reflections director

LCB Senior Living has announced the hiring of Maggie Abbonizio as the reflections director of The Residence at Bala Cynwood in Pennsylvania.

As reflections director, Abbonizio will be responsible for LCB’s Reflection Program, which focuses on supporting residents through “enriching experiences that allow them to be active and independent members of society.”

Abbonizio brings more than a decade of experience in the senior living industry, with her most recent position being social services director at The Hill at Whitemarsh in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania.
