Solstice Senior Living adds regional director of sales and marketing
Solstice Senior Living announced Laura O’Dell has joined the company as regional director of sales and marketing.
O’Dell will support sales and marketing efforts for 12 Solstice Senior Living communities in Washington and California.
Prior to joining Solstice Senior Living, O’Dell served as director of sales at Sunrise Senior Living where she was later promoted to regional sales. She also worked as a senior living advisor at A Place for Mom and Dad and memory care director at Oakmont Senior Living.
Legend Senior Living expands senior management with two VPs
Legend Senior Living has expanded its senior management position by adding Jenn Fast as VP of People and Sarah Hobbs as VP of Clinical Services.
Fast will direct all aspects of the company’s people initiatives and programs alongside corporate human resource functions. Hobbs will provide direction, oversight and leadership of the company’s clinical team.
Fast comes from Eyecare Partners of Ballwin where she was director of human resources business partnerships, and she was most recently human resources manager for Masterbrand Cabinets. Prior to these positions she spent 18 years at Koch Industries companies in human resources positions.
Hobbs has served as assistant director of nursing at Catholic Care Center and been director of clinical informatics and regional director of MDs at Ascension Living, where she became VP of clinical transformation/clinical services.
Lenbrook names director of human resources, corporate compliance officer and internal communications manager
Lenbrook has named Carlos Vazquez as director of human resources and corporate compliance officer and Sarah Pattee as internal communications manager.
In his role, Vazquez will oversee strategy development and execution of people plans and initiatives alongside leading the HR team. Prior to this position, he worked for the Coca-Cola Company in various HR roles for 25 years and for the past two years was the principal of a boutique full-service HR consulting firm.
Pattee will design, develop and deploy internal communications. She previously worked for Pfizer as a senior communications specialist for 13 years.
