Retirement Unlimited promotes three

Retirement Unlimited announced the promotions of Christopher Cook, Amanda Stanfield and Jennifer Oscar.

Cook was promoted to senior executive director, and joined RUI in 2019 as business office and human resources manager and executive director.

Stanfield was promoted to vice president of clinical services and she joined RUI in 2016 as director of clinical services and later regional director of clinical services over Virginia.

Oscar was promoted to vice president of clinical services and started with the company in 2021 as regional director of clinical services. She also held titles of divisional director of resident services and LPN senior clinician prior to becoming an RN.

Grace Management announces promotion of regional director

Grace Management recently announced the promotion of Jenna Johnston to regional director of operations.

She joined Grace Management in April 2020 as an executive director and was promoted to senior executive director before being promoted to area director of operations.

Priority Life Care promotes VP of quality

Priority Life Care announced the promotion of Marilou Hudanick to vice president of quality services and assurance.

She will oversee all regional clinical nurses and lead health and wellness efforts, while ensuring state regulatory compliance.

Enso Village names health, wellbeing director

Enso Village, a senior living community developed by the Kendal Corporation and San Francisco Zen Center, recently welcomed Florence Van Heusden as the health and well-being director for the community.

She most recently served as a nursing manager, and she also helped develop new infrastructure development and complex care management.

Florence is a California State Board Certified registered nurse and has served in an array of healthcare settings spanning Marin and Sonoma County.

Kendal at Home welcomes director of sales, marketing

Kendal at Home recently named Linda Pancio as director of sales and marketing.

With the new role, she will direct all aspects of regional sales management, including marketing programs, sales initiatives, team leadership, training, business development, brand management and more.

She joins the organization with over three decades of sales and marketing experience.

The Springs Living names exec. director

Teresa Hill has been appointed as the new executive director of The Springs at Anna Maria in Medford, Oregon.

She will be responsible for ensuring quality services to residents, maintaining financial and regulatory compliance and recruiting and retaining employees.

Hill brings nearly a decade of senior living experience to the role, having served most recently as community manager at Marian Estates Independent Living in Sublimity, Oregon, and Holiday Rogue Valley in Grants Pass, Oregon. She also has more than 15 years in the real estate industry

Integral Senior Living names VP of Ops

Integral Senior Living recently named Cassondra Blair as the national vice president of operational services.

Blair has been with ISL for 11 years, previously serving as national director of organizational services, project manager and licensing expert. She will oversee daily system management responsibilities and ensure smooth operating of customer service operations and bring positive experiences to residents and families.

Serviam Care Network names value-based care president

Serviam Care Network recently announced the appointment of Alan Fairbanks as the new president of the company’s value-based care initiative. He previously worked with Bickford Senior Living for 27 years as executive vice president

of operations.

Fairbanks will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of Serviam Care Network’s Managed Service Organizations (MSO), drive growth and further the organization’s value-based care effort for senior living operators.
