Pegasus Senior Living community elevates new director

Ridgeland Place, a Pegasus Senior Living community in Ridgeland, Mississippi, recently promoted Chelsea Knight-Champlin as executive director.

Knight-Champlin previously worked as the business office director of Ridgeland Place before the promotion earlier this year.

Anthem hires VP of clinical services

Anthem Memory Care Registered Nurse Whitney Lan has been named vice president of clinical services for the company.

She will be responsible for leadership and vision for clinical excellence across the company’s 21 communities.

Lane previously was COO for Watercrest Senior Living in Vero Beach, Florida. She was also divisional director of health and wellness for Senior Lifestyle in Chicago.

Integral community names executive director, director of sales and marketing

The Meadows at Escalante, an Integral Senior Living community, hired Tom Trump as its new executive director and Corey Jenkins as the community’s director of sales and marketing.

Trump brings a wealth of senior living experience to his ED role previously working as a regional director of operations, and Jenkins brings over two decades of experience to his new role.

LifeSpire of Virginia adds culinary director

LifeSpire of Virginia recently announced Mitch Rodhe as the new culinary director for The Summit in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Rodhe brings over two decades of hospitality experience to his new role and most recently served as food and beverage director for the Craddock Terry Hotel and Event Center. Prior to that he worked with Aramark as the general manager for Longwood Dining and previously the director of dining at Randolph College.

SageLife appoints leadership team

Echo Lake, a SageLife community in Malvern, Pennsylvania, recently announced Lee Gillis as general manager and Charlie Hearn as dining director.

Gillis is a skilled senior living executive with nearly 35 years of experience. Prior to Echo Lake, she worked with Atria Senior Living and Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE: BKD).

For the last 15 years, Hearn has worked for upscale senior living communities. During which time, his industry accolades included Delaware Chef Challenge Champion and Barbeque Cook-off Champion.

Monarch Landing leader promoted

Monarch Landing, a life plan community in Naperville, Illinois, recently announced Keilli Cox was promoted to associate executive director.

Cox was previously the director of resident life and wellness. The new associate ED role was created specifically for Cox where she will help lead, oversee and coordinate operations at Monarch Landing.

In her career that’s spanned over two decades, Cox has worked as case manager, volunteer coordinator, director of resident and family services and executive director for senior living communities.

She has also run a concierge service assisting seniors and earned her real estate broker’s license, becoming a certified senior real estate specialist.

Tech firm adds new leadership

Rendever, a technology company pioneering the future of aging through virtual reality, recently welcomed Catherine Day as vice president of product strategy and Nathan Myers as vice president of global health care partnerships.

Day will take leadership over existing products and services, while leading strategy and product design as Rendever expands its impact to the entire world of care. In his new role, Myers will round out Rendever’s services in healthcare by bringing its technology to hospitals across the country where VR will aid patients in their healthcare journey as they undergo treatments.
