Blueprint Arranges Sale of Memory Care Community
Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors announced it arranged the sale of a newly-developed senior living community in Virginia.
The community – called Arbor Terrace Fairfax – is a 48-unit/54-bed memory care community in Fairfax County, Virginia that was developed by Capital Seniors Housing in partnership with the operator the Arbor Company.
Capital Seniors Housing elected to sell the community and after a marketing campaign by Blueprint, the firm chose the Buffalo, New York-based owner/operator the Hamister Group.

MidCap Closes IL Mortgage
MicCap Financial announced it closed a first mortgage loan to refinance a Chicago-based independent living community. MidCap closed the floating-rate loan with affiliates of Harrison Street and Banner Real Estate Group.
The community – located in Chicago’s affluent North Shore suburb – is a 240-unit community that is leasing up after opening in 2020 and is working with CJE SeniorLife to do so.
