Enlivant Acquires Four Senior Living Communities In Indiana and Ohio
Enlivant, a national provider of senior care services, has purchased three senior living communities in Indiana and one in Iowa, according to a press release. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The new Enlivant communities are Elkhart Place (formerly Beardsley House) in Elkhart, Indiana; Chapman Place (formerly Harbour Assisted Living) in Fort Wayne, Indiana; Jewel Place (formerly Jewel House) in Madison, Indiana; and Reed Place (formerly Reed House) in Denison, Iowa.
The Ensign Group Acquires Assisted Living Communities in Texas and Wisconsin
The Ensign Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign group of skilled nursing, rehabilitative care services, home health care, hospice care and assisted living companies, acquired two assisted living communities in Texas and three in Wisconsin, all of which were previously operated by affiliates of Brookdale Senior Living.
The acquisition, effective June 16, includes Meadowcreek Senior Living, a 37-unit assisted living facility in Lancaster, Texas; Paris Chalet Senior Living, a 37-unit assisted living facility in Paris, Texas; Maple Meadows Assisted Living, a 19-unit assisted living facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; North Point Senior Living, a 19-unit assisted living facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin; and Lakepoint Villa Assisted Living, a 19-unit assisted living facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Senior Housing Developers Partner To Buy Former Hotel in Phoenix for $8.33 Million
Bruckal Developments and Ridgeline Properties partner to purchase the former Country Inn & Suites at 20221 N. 29th Ave. in Phoenix for $8,336,000. The property, sold by PV Deer Valley, LLC, a joint venture partnership between PacVentures LLC and RA Rauch & Associates, will be converted into an assisted living and memory care community for seniors, according to a press release.
Built in 2000, the 74,000-square-foot building offers four-stories of space and sits on 3.33 acres of land, which includes an exterior pool and fenced patio area. The buyer/developer plans to reconfigure the building into a 119-room senior housing community that is slated to open in February 2018, the release notes.
