Japanese Continuing Care Retirement Community Wins Awards For Innovation And Interior Design

062684_001 Sun City Palace Tsukaguchi, in Osaka, Japan, recently was bestowed with the Gold award for Best Large Continuing Care Residential Community by the The National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) 50+ Housing Council when it announced the winners for its 2009 Best of 50+ Housing Awards.  The project was also named a Notable Award Winner by the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) 2009 Honor Awards.  The project is made up of three towers with a total of 760 units that the provides and integrated interior and exterior designs that link its independent living area and nursing care center.
