Pinnacle promotes VP of sales, marketing
Pinnacle Living has promoted Lindsay Willey to serve as its vice president of sales and marketing.
In her new role, Willey will “lead strategic sales and marketing initiatives across all Pinnacle Living communities, working closely with local teams to strengthen brand presence, increase occupancy and advance the organization’s mission of ‘Enriching Life’s Journey,’” a press release states.
Willey has been with Pinnacle for the past three years, most recently serving as director of sales and marketing at WindsorMeade in Williamsburg, Virginia, according to the release.
Three leaders return to The Carlisle Palm Beach
The Carlisle Palm Beach has welcomed back three of its leaders after Liberty Senior Living took ownership of the community.
The three leaders, including Lisa Davis, campus executive director; Jillian Castellano, senior sales and marketing director; and Donna Schneck, director of sales and marketing, have a history of working together before departing the community in 2019, according to a press release.
“We’re thrilled to welcome The Carlisle Palm Beach into our portfolio,” Bob Goyette, chief operations officer of Liberty said in the release. “And having this team back together adds an extraordinary layer of joy and momentum as we guide the community into a new era of excellence.”
GreenFields of Geneva welcomes administrator
GreenFields of Geneva, a senior living community in Geneva, Illinois, announced it has welcomed Jenna Thieding as an administrator.
In her role, Thieding is overseeing the assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing departments, a press release states. She is also responsible for supporting the clinical staff and helping residents transition to different levels of care.
Thieding served her residency at sister community at The Waterford in Juno, Florida.
Barclay Friends appoints director of resident engagement
Barclay Friends announced it has appointed Patricia Knowles as its director of resident engagement.
In this role, Knowles will “oversee the development and implementation of person-centered programs designed to enhance the quality of life for all residents,” a press release states.
She brings over 20 years of experience to the position. Most recently, she served as community life and volunteer services manager at The Hickman Personal Care Boarding Home, where she “managed comprehensive activities programs for both secured dementia units and broader residential communities while supervising staff and volunteers,” the release states.
Knowles has also held leadership positions at Chester County Department of Aging Services.
Anthem Memory Care appoints community relations director
Anthem Memory Care announced it has appointed April Dietrich as the community relations director of its Chelsea Place community in Aurora, Colorado.
In her role, Dietrich will be responsible for community outreach and marketing.
She brings over 12 years of experience to the position. Prior to becoming the community relations director, Dietrich served as senior sales director for Belleview Heights Retirement. She also served as community relations director for Cadence Senior Living in Aurora, a press release states.
