Silver Birch welcomes new CFO

Silver Birch Living, an affordable assisted living provider, announced it has welcomed Matthew South as its new chief financial officer.

In his role, South will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Silver Birch Living and developing strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth and expansion plans.

South brings more than 20 years of corporate finance, business development and investment banking experience to the position. Most recently, he served as the head of financial planning at Care Hospice.

Lawrence Healthcare Campus names EVP

Lawrence Healthcare Campus, located in Lawrence Township, New Jersey, has named Jenelle Onyenemezu as its executive vice president.

In her role, Onyenemezu oversees operations and leadership at the campus’s two skilled nursing centers and assisted living community The Terraces at Lawrence, according to a press release.

The release states Onyenemezu previously served as administrator at Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockville, Maryland and as Maryland regional director of operations for Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Morning Pointe of Franklin names executive director

Morning Pointe of Franklin, Indiana has named Tristan Pruitt as its executive director.

In her role, Pruitt is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the community, alongside fostering relationships with residents.

Pruitt previously served as the Lantern memory care program director for the community.

Alto Stuart names executive director

Alto by Allegra Senior Living, a senior living developer and operator, announced Kaitlyn Oteri as the executive director of Alto in Stuart, Florida.

In her role, Oteri is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community.

Oteri brings more than a decade of senior living experience to the position, most recently as the executive director for Wickshire Port St. Lucie.
