Sagora Senior Living has taken over management of 17 communities across multiple states as the operator embarks on its latest growth push.
The Fort Worth, Texas-based senior living company is adding to its portfolio in five states, according to a recent announcement. A Sagora representative did not immediately elaborate on the expansion when reached by Senior Housing News Thursday.
Sagora is growing its Asher Point independent living brand by adding 14 communities under the banner in Texas, Nebraska, Alabama, and Oklahoma.
The company’s other growth moves include picking up two communities in Vero Beach, Florida, that are both about 10 miles away from another Sagora property, “creating a network of comprehensive senior living options for families in the area,” the company noted.
The company also recently expanded its Lynridge assisted living and memory care brand to the state of Alabama with the addition of a new community there.
“We are thrilled to expand our footprint and serve more families,” says Lynn Wagner, VP of Sales and Marketing for Sagora Senior Living. “Our mission has always been to provide exceptional senior living experiences. With these new communities, we can extend our reach and impact more seniors’ lives.”
The latest move from Sagora joins the operator’s other recent growth efforts this year, including adding a former HarborChase community in Florida in January.
In 2021, Sagora similarly took over management of a dozen middle-market senior living communities once operated by the former operator known as Eclipse Senior Living in nine states.
