Oakmont Management Group continues to grow Ivy Living
Oakmont Management Group continues to grow its luxury senior living brand Ivy Living, and recently announced the opening of an information center for The Ivy at Blue Oaks in Roseville, California.
The 104-unit community is set to be completed by this coming winter, offering assisted living and memory care. Units will be spacious apartment homes paired with upscale dining and shared amenities including a fitness center, movie theater, technology center and various activity spaces.
Also offered will be an on-site chauffeur service, nurse-managed personal care, a concierge medical program and more. Other amenities include two courtyards, firepit, walking paths, yoga pavilion, bar, lounge, chef’s garden and an aviary plus a sensory lounge for memory care residents.
Morning Pointe Senior Living makes progress on 40th community
Morning Pointe Senior Living recently announced continued construction progress on The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Hardin Valley.
A construction update shared this week said the single-level building’s frame was recently put in place during the second phase of the community’s campus construction. After the second phase of construction is complete, the original building on site will become all assisted living care.
The community will include 60 memory care apartments with programming informed by dementia expert Teepa Snow emphasizing life enrichment, wellness and various art, music and occupational therapies.

Cedarhurst Senior Living opens Kansas community
Cedarhurst Senior living recently opened its latest assisted living and memory care community, Cedarhurst of Lawrence in Lawrence, Kansas.
The community has shared amenities including a movie theater, multiple courtyards to enjoy outdoor space along with housekeeping and laundry and included unit maintenance, as well as dining with chef-inspired menus.
“Cedarhurst is committed to redefining senior living, and our new community is a testament to that commitment,” said Cedarhurst Senior Living President Almir Sajtovic in a news release announcing the community’s opening. “We aim to enhance the lives of our residents through personalized care and exceptional amenities, and by, simply, helping them live the life they deserve.”
The latest opening comes after Cedarhurst opened a new community in Salina, Kansas.
Cedarhurst operates nearly 60 communities across eight states with three communities under construction.
