Galerie Living Prepares for next stage of development
After the Montgomery County Council approved the rezoning of a 12-acre parcel, Galerie Living is preparing the next stages for a luxury senior living community at the site of the former National 4-H Conference Center in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
Corso Chevy Chase will include 287 IL, 190 AL and 30 memory care units with 5,000 square-feet of retail space open to the public, and mark’s Galerie Living’s first community outside of Atlanta.
The project marks a collaboration with Community Three advisors.

Welltower, Kisco open new expansion of senior living high rise
The Cardinal at North Hills, a Kisco Senior Living community, celebrated a grand opening recently to mark the end of construction of the expansion of an 18-story high rise at the property.
The expansion features 191 apartments, consisting of 151 IL and 40 AL units with city views and outdoor entertainment areas. Other amenities include three additional dining venues, two lounges with al-fresco options, fitness center and valet parking.
The expansion of the East Tower is a joint venture between Kisco Senior Living and Welltower (NYSE: WELL).
The Blake at LPGA to mark opening
The Blake at LPGA, a new luxury senior living community in Daytona Beach, Florida, is gearing up to celebrate its grand opening next week.
Construction was well-underway in 2022 on the 118-unit AL community which also offers 48 memory care units.
The Lodge at Historic Lewes IL addition construction nears completion
Paul Risk Construction announced on LinkedIn that the community, first started construction in 2021, is nearing completion on the IL addition.
A post from Paul Risk Construction stated that the IL side was “99% finished” as part of the 223,000 square-foot, 175-unit senior living campus in Sussex County, Delaware.
Ebenezer’s The Pillars of Lakeville celebrates opening
The Pillars of Lakeville in Lakeville, Minnesota recently celebrated opening of the Ebenezer community that started construction in 2021.
Work began in August of 2021 and was recently completed earlier this spring. The community consists of 100 apartments with a mix of IL, AL and memory care units, and is connected witha 16,700 square-foot childcare facility.
Amenities include a four-season porch, fitness center, community room, outdoor dining, private dining, rooftop deck, pickleball court and shared greenspace.
