The 75,000 square-foot, three-story structure blends design elements to support the region’s rich history.

The community’s exterior takes the Spanish-influence architectural style and elevates it with a modern touch. The building’s interiors were designed by Sunrise’s in-house design team who furthered those modern elements by focusing on providing an open space.

Shared amenities include a multi-purpose bistro and multiple dining areas with seasonal menus. Other amenities include a theater, spa, salon, sitting areas and walking path with two landscaped courtyards.
