Pegasus Senior Living community adds new director

Sterling Court at Roseville in Roseville, California, a Pegasus Senior Living-managed community, recently welcomed Debra Duval as executive director.

Duval brings over two decades of experience to the role, having started as a certified nursing assistant before being promoted to business office manager.

Anthem Memory Care appoints new ED for Illinois community

Fran DeJulius-Rybarski has been named the executive director for Emerald Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Glenview, Illinois.

She will oversee all care, operations and programming of the community. DeJulius-Rybarski served most recently as executive director of Green Oaks Senior Living in Libertyville, Illinois and she brings over three decades of senior living experience to her new role with Anthem. 

Watermark luxe community appoints executive director

Watermark Retirement Communities recently appointed Stefanie Thune as executive director of Watermark at the Pearl, a new luxury senior living community in Portland, Oregon.

The community is set to open in September of this year.

Prior to joining Watermark, Thune was marketing director for Northern California for Watermark and has led luxury senior living communities as a regional vice president and executive director for Touchmark, Brookdale (NYSE: BKD) and Sunrise Senior Living.

Arizona LPC welcomes marketing director

Sagewood, a life plan community (LPC) in Phoenix, Arizona, recently promoted longtime employee Michael Dobbs from director of community life services to marketing director.

Dobbs will lead the sales team and help promote Sagewood in the greater Phoenix area while overseeing marketing operations in the IL, MC and community’s health center areas.

He joined Sagewood in August 2019 and developed a diverse range of events and activities for residents prior to his promotion.
