The community has grown over the last five years on the 70-acre campus, with more growth expected. John Knox Village will also open a new neighborhood known as Westlake on the property in 2024. A groundbreaking is set for next week for the project.

A total of over 145 apartments are located on the property that resulted in $120 million in construction investment. Amenities include high-tech projection theater, technology hub, business center, art studio, spiritual space, club room, library, cafe, bakery and wine bar with an eatery.
