Life Plan Community Opens Expansion in Florida

John Knox Village of Florida recently completed its $35 million expansion of the Pavilion at the life plan community in Pompano Beach, Florida.

The Pavilion is home to a 380-seat cultural arts center, two restaurants and one bar will be open to the public in the fall of this year.

The community has grown over the last five years on the 70-acre campus, with more growth expected. John Knox Village will also open a new neighborhood known as Westlake on the property in 2024. A groundbreaking is set for next week for the project.

A total of over 145 apartments are located on the property that resulted in $120 million in construction investment. Amenities include high-tech projection theater, technology hub, business center, art studio, spiritual space, club room, library, cafe, bakery and wine bar with an eatery.

Senior Living Group Home Open in Pennsylvania

Rosette, a small care home for older adults is now welcoming residents. The project is inspired by pod-like senior living concepts for a single-family home that was updated to meet senior living needs.

The community, located in Gladwyne, offers trained caregivers and staff along with a full kitchen, home as well as maintained gardens and grounds.
