Senior Lifestyle Unveils Renovations at Community Near Baltimore

Atrium Village, a Senior Lifestyle community in Owings Mills, Maryland, has announced the completion of a $13 million renovation project.

Construction and design were recently completed for the modernization of 265 independent living, assisted living and memory care residences.

During the project, workers upgraded and refreshed the community’s interior corridors, lobby, and common areas with new materials and finishes. With the project’s completion, the community now includes multiple dining venues including two new bistros, a library, wellness center, salon, art studio, game room, hospitality lounge, movie theater and family center.

The community also now has 115 pieces of art, ranging from impressionist paintings to photographs of historic locations and landmarks in Baltimore.
