LifeStar Plans Flagship Property in Florida

LifeStar Living has closed on a location for The Manhattan St. Petersburg, its forthcoming “flagship property” in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Plans at the “membership-based senior living community” call for 80 condo-style homes measuring from 1,050 to 2,600 square feet of living space in the community’s first phase, which is estimated at $125 million. The building, which is anticipated to rise to nine stories, is also set to come with amenities such as multiple dining venues, an outdoor pool and nature paths, fitness center and spa, 24-hour security and valet services.

LifeStar’s co-founders are sports “super agent” David Falk and industry veteran Joel Anderson.

Integral Senior Living Community Under Construction in California Opens Showroom

Allara Senior Living, an Integral Senior Living community in Rancho Cucamonga, California, has opened its model apartments to the public in a new showroom.

The community is slated to offer assisted living and memory care services, and open to residents later this summer.

Avail Community in Tennessee Sets June Opening

The doors are nearly ready to open at Avail Senior Living’s community in Cleveland, Tennessee.

The 72-unit million community is planned to have amenities such as a salon, fitness room, two dining rooms, walking paths, gardens, screen porches and other common spaces for residents.

Workers first broke ground on the project in February, 2020.

Validus Senior Living Opens Florida Community

Validus Senior Living has opened Alura by Inspired Living, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Rockledge, Florida.

The 127-apartment community also includes amenities such as multiple dining venues, a spa and salon, health and wellness programs, sports bar, library, a multi-purpose theater, and a courtyard with a bocce ball court, koi pond, flower beds and sitting areas.

The community is part of a partnership between Validus and Premium Edge, LLC.
