Masonic Villages Announces New COO

Masonic Villages has named Adrienne Staudenmayer as its new chief operating officer. The appointment is effective Dec. 31 upon the retirement of current COO Raymond Tierney.

As COO, Staudenmayer will be “second in command” for Masonic Villages, according to the organization. She will oversee operational direction and strategic oversight of all the organization’s locations and service areas while providing support and guidance to Masonic Villages’ other leaders.

Staudenmayer first joined Masonic Villages in 1988, when she came aboard at Masonic Home of Pennsylvania, which later became Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill. She worked as executive director of the community since 2001.

Slated to replace Staudenmayer as executive director of Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill is Carl Tarbell. Tarbell joined the Masonic Villages in 2018, when he was hired to serve as the executive director of Masonic Village at Burlington.

Commonwealth Names Regional Vice President

Commonwealth Senior Living announces has named Kim Hurt as regional vice president.

In her new role, Hurt will oversee operations and sales and marketing functions for Commonwealth’s communities in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

She previously worked as executive director of The Retreat at Fishersville, in Fishersville, Virginia. Hurt also in the past worked as vice president of operations and compliance for American Retirement Homes.

Integral Senior Living Announces Regional Sales and Marketing Director, New Leaders

Integral Senior Living (ISL) has named Tim Kidder as its regional director of sales and marketing.

In his new role, Kidder will oversee sales and marketing efforts for several ISL communities. Kidder previously worked as vice president of marketing and communications for Holiday Retirement. Overall, he has nearly 20 years of experience working in marketing and sales positions.

The company also announced new leaders at three of its senior living communities:

— Spring Cypress, an assisted living and memory care in Cypress, Texas, has named Katie Nutt as its director of sales and marketing. Nutt has five years of health care marketing experience.

— Alexander IV Senior Living, an assisted living and memory care set to open in Macon, Georgia, in 2021, has named Rachel Garner as its director of sales and marketing. She previously worked as community relations director for a Thrive Senior Living community.

— – Cloverland Park, a senior living community slated to open in Brentwood, Tennessee in 2021, has named Brent Brewer and Laura Ehlert as its executive director and director of sales and marketing, respectively.

GlynnDevins Names Chief Transformation Officer

Data, analytics and marketing technology firm GlynnDevins has named Krystal Montague chief transformation officer.

In her new role, Montague is tasked with overseeing and supporting the company’s integration of acquisitions and new processes.

Montague has nearly 20 years of operational and marketing experience. She most recently worked as vice president of operations at market research company Service Management Group.

Boitano Joins Lument as Managing Director

Commercial real estate firm Lument has hired David Boitano as a managing director.

As managing director Boitano is tasked with delivering debt and structured products to the firm’s senior housing and health care clients. He has 25 years of experience in senior housing finance overall, previously working as a senior vice president at Ventas (NYSE: VTR).

Lument is a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation USA.

Grandbridge Announces West Coast Senior Housing Investment Sales Team

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has added a new senior housing investment sales team based in San Diego, California.

David Rothschild and Mary Christian are leading the new sales team. Both previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield.

As the team’s leader, Rothschild will oversee financial underwriting of senior housing properties. He also will target qualified investors, present marketing packages to investors, conduct negotiations and lead due diligence and closing processes.

Christian, meanwhile, is responsible for overseeing the marketing process, including creation and production of memos, financial underwriting and marketing campaigns.

HMP Names Executive Director at Florida Community

HMP Senior Solutions has appointed Donna Holden as the executive director of Cypress Point, a senior living community in Fort Myers, Florida.

As executive director, Holden is responsible for management and operations of Cypress Point as well as many of its functions, such as patient care, human resources and finances.

Holden has more than 30 years of experience in the senior living field overall.

Epoch Community in Boston Welcomes Executive Director

Kevin Defayette is the new executive director at Waterstone at the Circle, an Epoch Senior Living community in Boston.

In his new role, Defayette is responsible for maintaining the community’s lifestyle and culture while overseeing daily operations. He most recently worked as state director of residential resources at Empire State, Inc., and as executive director and CEO of an independent living community in New York.

Morning Pointe Community in Tennessee Welcomes New Executive Director

Ian Shives has joined Morning Pointe Senior Living as executive director of Morning Pointe of Collegedale at Greenbriar Cove in Ooltewah, Tennessee.

Shives previously worked for a national senior living company. He has more than a decade of experience in senior living overall.

Americare Names Administrator of Missouri Community

James Wilson is the new administrator at Westport Estates, an Americare assisted living and memory care community in Marshall, Missouri.

He has more than 17 years of experience managing independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing communities.

New Hampshire Community Announces New Executive Director

Bowman Place, a new senior living community in Bedford, New Hampshire, has named Renee McAllister as executive director.

In her new role, McAllister will oversee staffing and the opening of Bowman Place, which is slated to occur next year in March. She also will be responsible for the community’s daily management and operations as well as its health and safety programs.

McAlllister most recently worked as executive director of The Residence at Silver Square in Dover, New Hampshire.

Love & Company Hires Senior Research Analyst

Senior living marketing and consulting firm Love & Company has hired Lauren Houlik as a senior research analyst.

Houlik has a background in providing senior living providers with data and insights for their market areas. She also has worked in healthcare administration and population health management.
