Charter adapted to the pandemic “on a dime” by implementing new training for local leaders alongside new sales and marketing practices that focus on virtual consultations, according to Partner and COO Jayne Sallerson. At the same time, the company has continued to grow, with 18 communities under management alongside two acquisitions and three development projects in the works.
