Caddis Names Managing Partner as Signor Steps Down

Real estate investment firm Caddis has named Lance M. Hardenburg managing partner. Former CEO Jason Signor has stepped down to pursue new opportunities.

In his new role, Hardenburg will oversee day-to-day management of the company’s real estate portfolio and act as an internal advisor for the management and leadership of Caddis’ business units.

Hardenburg joined Caddis in 2017 as executive vice president and general counsel. Before that, he was involved in all of the company’s major transactions as outside counsel. He more recently worked as the company’s COO.

Former Elmcroft President Joins myFamilyChannel

Tim Wesley, who previously was the president of Elmcroft Senior Living, has joined myFamilyChannel as president.

Wesley had served as a consultant for the company in the last year, and will help it build its corporate infrastructure, expand myFamilyChannel’s service and secure capital for future growth.

Based in Lousiville, Kentucky, myFamilyChannel provides a communications platform for families, residents and staff to communicate through their smart phones and television screens.

Atlas Hires Director of Clinical Compliance; Names New ED

Atlas Senior Living has hired Melissa Rost as its director of clinical compliance. The company also named Valerie Howe as executive director of Fairview Park, an assisted living community in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

As director of clinical compliance, Rost is tasked with managing regulatory clinical compliance, operations, and implementing policies and procedures for all of Atlas’ 24 communities in six states. She previously worked as director of health and wellness for Legacy at Savannah Quarters, an Atlas community in Pooler, Georgia.

Howe, meanwhile, will handle day-to-day operations at Fairview as it undergoes expansions in its independent living assisted living and memory care services.

National Church Residences Promotes Brown to VP of Property Management

National Church Residences has promoted Sonya Brown to the role of vice president of property management. She is replacing Pam Monroe, who is retiring after six years with the organization.

In her new role, Brown will lead a team consisting of four regional vice presidents and covering about 310 affordable housing communities spread across 25 states.

Brown first joined the organization in 2004, most recently working as a regional vice president.

CHI Living Names New CEO

CHI Living Communities has named Aaron Webb, Esq., as its new CEO. Webb is succeeding former CEO Rick Ryan, who retired on May 1.

As CEO, Webb will focus first on further aligning CHI Living with CommonSpirit Health, the health system it joined in 2019. He also will work to advance long-term care strategies aimed at healthier communities through increased engagement among employees, residents, families and partners.

Webb has 15 years’ worth of experience in the senior health care services sector. He previously worked as COO of Morning Pointe Senior Living.

Springpoint Announces Executive Director for New Jersey Community

Springpoint Senior Living has announced that Mary Cannon is now the executive director of Stonebridge at Montgomery, a community in Skillman, New Jersey.

In her new role, Cannon will lead the community and help direct its future moves. She previously worked as the community’s assistant executive director, with more than two decades of experience in senior housing management and operation.

Johnson Joins G5 as Chief Revenue Officer

Digital marketing firm G5 has added Doug Johnson as its new Chief Revenue Officer.

Johnson will now oversee the firm’s sales, marketing and customer experience operations to grow revenue through new bookings, upsells and renewals and retention.

Beers + Hoffman Adds Senior Living PR Veteran

Architectural firm of Beers + Hoffman Architecture has added Seth Anthony as its new marketing & business development manager.

Anthony is experienced in senior living PR, having worked on the public relations team of one of the nation’s 25 largest not-for-profit senior living providers. Most recently, he led sales, marketing, and business development operations at Holleran.
