Phoenix to Develop Property in Louisiana
Phoenix Senior Living plans to develop a new community in Hammond, Louisiana.
Plans call for the community, called The Phoenix at Hammond, to have 91 units of assisted living and memory care. Amenities include a bistro, garden room, library, salon, music room, puzzle area and an arts and crafts room. Outdoor amenities will include landscaped outdoor spaces with a playground, soft seating, fireplace, bocce court and a walking path.
First Guaranty Bank is the project’s lending partner. If all goes according to plan, workers will break ground on The Phoenix at Hammond this month.

Oakmont Community On Track for Summer Opening
Oakmont Senior Living is on track to open a new community in Fullerton, California, later this year.
The company recently opened at marketing center for the community, Oakmont of Fullerton. As planned, the project will include 95 assisted living and memory residences and open this summer.
Amenities will include, multiple dining venues and a bar/lounge, library, movie theater, fitness center, activity rooms, salon and day spa, private dining room, flower and vegetable garden, walking paths and a pet park.
WellAge to Manage Community Under Construction in Colorado
WellAge Senior Communities is set to manage a new senior living community under construction in Greeley, Colorado.
The 92-unit community, WellAge Greeley, was developed by Rocky Mountain Senior Housing, with design work from Oz Architecture. Planned amenities include a two-story lobby, fitness studio, salon, theater and chapel, multiple dining rooms, reading rooms, sunrooms and a multipurpose room for activities or functions. Outside the community’s walls, residents can use walking paths, planting beds and a greenhouse.
WellAge Greeley is currently scheduled to open in the second quarter of this year.
