Koelsch Communities to Open $70 Million Community in 2020

Koelsch Communities intends to break ground on the $70 million Belle Harbour Senior Community [pictured above] in Bellevue, Washington, in October. The community is scheduled to open in June 2020.

The Belle Harbour campus will include The Inn Memory Care Community and The Park Assisted Living Community, according to a press release. When completed, the community will be operated by Koelsch Communities.

Senior Housing Cooperative Planned for Puyallup, Washington

Minnesota-based Real Estate Equities Development, LLC recently announced plans for an owner-occupied senior housing cooperative in Puyallup, Washington.

Real Estate Equities Development currently has 33 similar Village Cooperative communities that are either operating, being built, or scheduled for construction in the upcoming year.

The multi-story Village Cooperative building in Puyallup will have homes that range from about 900 to 1,600 square feet.

Pathway to Living Holds Groundbreaking for Aspired Living of La Grange

Illinois-based operator Pathway to Living and general contractor The Opus Group recently broke ground on Aspired Living of La Grange, a 116-unit, five-story assisted living and memory care community in La Grange, Illinois.

The community is anticipated to open in January 2020. It will have 84 assisted living units and 32 memory care units, as well as a wine bar, bistro, demonstration kitchen, art studio, movie theater, salon and spa, and more.

Senior Lifestyle Breaks Ground on Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Connecticut

Senior Lifestyle Corp. recently announced the ground breaking of a 66,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Newtown, Connecticut, called Church Hill Village. The community will be developed in partnership withJRP Architects, LLC, Teton Capital Co., LLC and Senior Lifestyle Corp.

When completed in summer 2019, the community will have 49 assisted living apartments 22 memory care units.

Cascadia Senior Living Begins Construction on Community in Spokane, Washington

Construction has begun on a $12.5 million Cascadia Senior Living memory care community in Spokane, Washington, The Journal of Business reported.

The Fieldstone Memory Care community will have 60 beds in 48 units. Construction is scheduled to be completed in roughly a year.
