American House Names New Vice President of Operations
American House Senior Living Communities has promoted Sean Dimas to the role of vice president of operations for its Florida region.
Dimas is now tasked with overseeing the operations, budgeting, and employee management for eight senior living communities. He will also help support new business development, market identification, new developments and acquisitions.
Dimas first joined American House in 2017 as an area operations manager for the Florida region. Previously, he served as executive director at Elmcroft of Carrollwood, an assisted living community in Tampa, Florida.
Cadence Welcomes Director of Operations and Community Integration
Cadence Senior Living recently hired Holly Springs-McMurry as director of operations and community integration.
In her new role, Springs-McMurry will oversee integrating newly acquired communities into Cadence’s operating culture through training, systems management, and regulatory auditing.
Prior to joining Cadence, Springs-McMurry served as regional director of licensing and education at Stonecrest Senior Living. She has also in the past held several executive director positions.

Solutions Advisors, Solvere Senior Living Appoint Three Senior Staffers
Solutions Advisors Group and its senior living management arm, Solvere Senior Living, have announced the addition of three senior staffers.
Brad Clowney was hired as senior vice president of finance and asset management for Solvere Senior Living. In his new role, he oversees finance and accounting services for Solvere-managed communities, develops pro formas for new development and evaluates management and acquisition opportunities. Previously, Clowney worked for Civitas Solutions.
Additionally, Solvere hired Joseph Geiser as its new director of dining services. Geiser is tasked with looking after culinary services for all of Solvere’s communities across the country. Before joining Solvere, Geiser served as operations director for food and beverage at Madison York Assisted Living in Rego Park, New York.
Beth Simos also joined Solutions Advisors as a senior vice president. Simos is now responsible for leading and managing the company’s marketing services team and overseeing the creative, production, research media and account management teams.
Balfour Hires Regional Vice President of Operations
Balfour Senior Living has named Eric Bressler as its new regional vice president of operations.
Bressler will now oversee the senior living provider’s flagship Louisville, Colorado campus, which serves more than 400 seniors. Prior to joining Balfour, Bressler worked for another senior living facility as both executive director and regional Vice president.
It’s Never 2 Late Announces New CEO
Person-centered digital engagement provider It’s Never 2 Late has announced that Lisa Taylor is its new CEO.
Previously, Taylor served as CEO of West Corporation’s healthcare division, which includes TeleVox Software. During her tenure, West grew to more than 1.5 million daily healthcare interactions through TeleVox.
It’s Never 2 Late was founded in 1999, and today works with more than 2,300 communities in the U.S. and Canada
New President Joins National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners
The National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP) recently announced that Rhonda Brand is the organization’s new president.
Brand, who has worked in the health care industry for nearly three decades, has held a variety of positions including activity director, admissions director, dementia unit manager and administrator. Across her career, she has worked in adult day care facilities, home care agencies, nursing homes and assisted living communities.
Brand also previously served as the president of the Northwest NJ Gathering of Activity Professionals.
Erickson CCRC Hires Director of Human Resources
Cedar Crest, an Erickson Living continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, has named Katy Corrado as director of human resources.
Corrado is now tasked planning, directing and executing corporate and community HR services. Before joining Erickson, Corrado served as a senior human resources manager at Verizon.
EPOCH Names Life Enrichment Director for Massachusetts Community
EPOCH Senior Living has named Dawn Galli to the role of life enrichment director at Bridges by EPOCH at Sudbury, a newly opened memory care and assisted living community in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
As life enrichment director, Galli will develop and lead an activities program for residents living with varying stages of dementia.
Galli has nearly three years of experience leading activities and programs for seniors, and most recently served as memory care program manager for a local senior living community and as activity coordinator for an adult day program.
Florida Life Care Community Hires Director of Health Services
Desiree Sebastian is now director of health services for East Ridge at Cutler Bay, a life care community in Cutler Bay, Florida.
Sebastian now serves as the community’s health center administrator, and has jurisdiction over assisted living and home health services and staff.
Sebastian, who has more than 20 years of experience as a nursing home administrator in the Miami area, most recently worked at the Ponce Plaza Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as a regional administrator.
Massachusetts Community Names Executive Director
Wingate Residences at Melbourne Place, an assisted living and memory care community in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, has named Mark Amuso as its new executive director.
Amuso is the former director of Crothall Healthcare, and the former executive director of Sweetwood Retirement Community.
