Movers & Shakers: Transforming Age, LCB Senior Living

Bumstead Continues Service on Brookdale Senior Living Board

The board of directors of Brentwood, Tennessee-based Brookdale Senior Living will allow board member Frank M. Bumstead to continue his service, despite the board’s age restriction, according to the Nashville Post.

Bumstead turned 75 in the past year, which would otherwise disqualify him from serving. His fellow directors, however, felt that Bumstead’s contributions to the board, industry experience and knowledge of the senior housing industry created an exception to the rule.
