Premier Senior Living Announces New Executive Directors 

Premier Senior Living, LLC, a senior living operator with 25 communities throughout Florida, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, has announced two new executive directors.

The company named Christina Woodward as executive director of its Fountain Park Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Bryan, Ohio. Woodward, a licensed nursing home administrator, was the therapy program manager at Evergreen Manor in Montpelier, Ohio, for over four years prior.

Additionally, Premier named Teri Barker as an executive director at its Croatan Village Assisted Living and Memory Care community in New Bern, North Carolina. Barker, who previously served as an executive director trainer and community administrator for Brookdale Senior Living, has 27 years of experience in assisted living management.

Welltower Executives Extend Contracts

Two executives will stick with real estate investment trust (REIT) Welltower (NYSE: HCN) until at least 2019.

Scott Estes, executive vice president – CFO, and Mercedes Kerr, executive vice president – business & relationship management, entered into employment agreements that end on Jan. 31, 2019, according to a June 16 SEC filing.

Under the agreements, Estes will receive an annual base salary of $510,000 and Kerr will get $484,500 per year. Both contracts also include incentive bonuses and long-term stock awards.

Blue Moon Capital Partners Appoints New Managing Director

Blue Moon Capital Partners, a senior housing private equity investor, announced that Kevin Donahue has joined the firm as managing director of investments.

In his new role, Donahue will work with Blue Moon’s senior living operating partners, according to a press release. He also will be have a hand in the day-to-day investment management business and is a member of Blue Moon’s investment committee.

Donahue joins Blue Moon after 11 years with New England operator Benchmark Senior Living.

LCB Senior Living Hires New Marketing Director

LCB Senior Living, a company that owns and operates senior housing throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic, has hired a new marketing director for its Residence at South Windsor Farms community in South Windsor, Connecticut.

Carrie Wilson will serve as the community’s sales & marketing director, according to a press release.

Wilson has 15 years of experience in business management in the senior living industry. Before coming to LCB, she served as traditional care director with Benchmark Senior Living.
