A Place for Mom Boosts Senior Living Leads Services with New Updates

In efforts to better assist senior living providers in managing and evaluating relationships with prospective residents, lead giant A Place for Mom, Inc. has introduced new enhancements to its proprietary lead management software.

New updates to the company’s You’ve Got Leads system include changes in functionality, which aim to drive user productivity and lead conversion via dashboards and reports for real-time ROI tracking.

The update also includes security features compliant with new HIPAA requirements and integration tools to enable secure interface with other third-party software applications and platforms.

A Place for Mom has also worked toward improving its accessibility on smartphones and tablet devices.

The senior living referral service has it has already noticed an uptick in the number of new properties adopting the product, said Eric Seifert, president, You’ve Got Leads and SeniorAdvisor.com at A Place for Mom, in a statement.

One such provider that has adopted A Place for Mom’s updated lead software, Sunshine Retirement Living is seeing substantial benefits in the system’s third-party integration tools, known as API.

“As we continue to use YGL, we’re particularly enthusiastic about the new API options that allow us to auto-populate leads from multiple referral sources into one interface, allowing us to better manage and analyze customer needs and opportunities,” stated Danielle DiMatteo, director of sales and marketing for Sunshine.

In response to increased customer demand for You’ve Got Leads, the company recently added Jayson Jarmon as the general manager of the product. In this role, Jarmon will oversee product sales and development for YGL, with the goal of continually improving product quality and increasing market adoption, the company stated in a release.

“You’ve Got Leads already stands apart in the senior care and housing industry as the most cost-effective, easy-to-use solution for managing sales and marketing leads,” Seifert said. “The addition of Jarmon to our team will further enrich our ability to quickly integrate new technologies and features into YGL, as well as expand our existing market footprint.”
