National healthcare consulting firm Bild & Company announced on Monday that Seth Garber is taking over as president and chief executive officer with Traci Bild, the company’s founder who has previously filled those roles, remaining chairman.
Bild will turn her focus to strategic vision and thought leadership for the company, the firm said.
“With our seniors housing division rock solid and under Seth’s leadership as CEO and president, I am working with stakeholders across the healthcare spectrum to advocate for seniors housing and its place in the [Affordable Care Act],” Bild told SHN.
Garber is now responsible for overseeing Bild & Company’s day-to-day operations and leading strategic direction and planning.
“Without a doubt, Seth will elevate Bild & Company to become the number one leading consulting firm within the healthcare sector,” Bild said in a statement. “Seth has a strong history of business growth, a deep understanding of finance, business operations, sales and leadership.”
Previously, Garber was vice president of sales for Bild & Company. While holding this position, he restructured the sales platform and CRM (customer relationship management) and also repositioned Bild’s business divisions into a streamlined turnkey solution for clients.
Garber’s experience prior to working at Bild include building companies from the ground up, re-building sales platforms, and setting national sales records with one of the nation’s largest diversified service companies.
Garber earned a Bachelor of Science in International finance from the University of Tampa and resides in Tampa with his family.
