1. If I may, one correction to the article. According to the Commission's Report to Congress (9/18/13), "The 12 million Americans who rely on LTSS are a diverse group in terms of age, the condition causing functional incapacity, and place of residence. People who rely on LTSS are almost equally split between adults who are age 65 and older (56 percent) and adults under 65 (44 percent). Adults are 96 percent of the total population who rely on LTSS."
