Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE: BKD) has completed the acquisition of seven communities from Chartwell Retirement Residences for $80.9 million. The communities, based in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Louisiana and Oklahoma comprise assisted living and memory care units.
