[Correction] Formation Capital Buys Senior Care Portfolio for $100 Million

***Updated An affiliate of Formation Capital has acquired a portfolio of senior care properties, including Harbor Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for $100 million reports the South Florida Business Journal.

Public records indicate that the affiliate, Decathlon RE Harbor Beach, is managed by Christina Firth, of Georgia, who oversees Florida transactions for Formation Capital.

Harbor Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has more than 55 beds and has about 50 residents. The services it offers includes 24-hour skilled nursing care, comprehensive rehabilitation services, IV therapy, wound care management, therapeutic diets, respiratory services, and hospice services.

Information about the other properties in the portfolio has not been given.
